Union Bank of India has announced the engagement of 2,691 apprentices under the Apprentices Act, 1961. The online application process commenced on February 19, 2025, and will conclude on March 5, 2025.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Educational Qualification: Applicants must have completed graduation from a recognized university or institute, with the passing certificate issued on or after April 1, 2021.
- Age Limit: Candidates should be between 20 to 28 years old as of February 1, 2025.
- Language Proficiency: Proficiency in the local language of the state where the apprenticeship is sought is mandatory.
Selection Process:
The selection will involve:
- Online Examination: Comprising four sections—General/Financial Awareness, General English, Quantitative & Reasoning Aptitude, and Computer Knowledge.
- Knowledge and Test of Local Language: Assessing proficiency in the local language.
- Waitlist and Medical Examination: For candidates who qualify the above stages.
Stipend:
Selected apprentices will receive a monthly stipend of ₹15,000 for the one-year engagement period. No additional allowances or benefits are provided.
Application Fee:
- General/OBC Candidates: ₹800 + GST
- SC/ST/PwBD Candidates: ₹400 + GST
- All Female Candidates: ₹600 + GST
The application fee must be paid online by the specified deadline.
